Gordon Davis was born to develop, design, and build. From a boots-on-the-ground laborer to project manager to director of preconstruction at major general contractors – from leading resort renovations to delivering rides, restaurants, and retail at top theme parks – Gordon has spent 30 years building the systems and teams that keep complex projects under control.
He now leads PreSolve’s embedded leadership approach with one goal: to carry the weight of execution so owners can focus on vision and outcomes. Gordon keeps stakeholders aligned – from RFP through turnover – with the precision of a field operator and the perspective of a capital partner.
He holds a master’s degree in strategic preparedness and a literal MBA. When he’s not solving problems for clients, you’ll find him hiking long stretches of the Appalachian Trail with a 10-pound pack and every risk already PreSolved. He lives in sunny Central Florida with his wife and daughter.
