  • We serve as the central point of coordination for the entire design team — including architecture, civil, MEP, structural, interior and landscape — ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with development goals

Construction Oversight

Our owner’s rep services continue through construction, where we manage OAC meetings, change orders, vendor schedules and turnover planning. We solve field issues before they escalate, protecting budget and timeline integrity.

PreSolve facilitates phased delivery, property management coordination and FF&E implementation. We track milestones for temporary and final certificates of occupancy and resolve early occupancy issues.
