Project Description:A 87,510sf, new tax-credit apartment development on a 4.2-acre site in the heart of Lake Worth. The new development includes 86 luxury apartment homes in a mix of four 3-story buildings. This project includes an integral leasing/clubhouse, mail kiosk, and property/maintenance garage space. Project completion in May of 2019.
