Project Description:A 175,000sf medical research facility. This building was the first phase of a campus that will be organized around a common green or esplanade. The new complex is defined by two major structures connected by a central two-story glass curtain wall space with exterior courtyards. The two main structures consist of a two-story administrative wing and a three-story research wing that includes cancer and diabetes research labs and a vivarium with employee support including an auditorium and a corporate café. This project achieved a LEED® Silver Certification.
