Budget: $40 million (2005 value)
Project Description:This project included the new construction of five buildings, a bus loop, additional parking, a large landscape courtyard and an outdoor amphitheater and the demolition of eight buildings, renovation of three buildings, and remodeling of four buildings including a student cafeteria. The project included phased installation of a new chiller plant to service the entire campus as well as the decommissioning of the on‐campus sewer treatment plant.
