Role: Project Manager/Estimator for the general contractor/franchisee, VMS Builders, Inc.
Budget: $1.8 million program ($250K – $350K each 2004 value)
Project Description:Tenant interiors of 5,000sf restaurant tenant build outs in existing and newly constructed shopping centers. Projects were developed and constructed in‐house as VMS was acting as the owner and the contractor.
