Renovation to Universal CityWalk

  • Role: Manager – Projects, Project Management for the owner, working as the Owner’s corporate representative for design and construction. (Universal Creative)
  • Budget: $40 million program ($2mill – $8mill each 2014 value)
  • Project Description: A multiproject extensive renovation to Universal’s world-class retail dining and entertainment complex. This project was built in multiple phases among the daily guests and entertainment. The project includes both corporate owned and operated concepts like Red Oven Pizza Bakery, Antojitos, and Vivo Italian Kitchen, and franchise concepts like Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, and Bread Box.
