Project Description: A 339,830sf, new luxury apartment development on a 11.61-acre site in an existing master planned multi-use development. The new development includes 283 luxury apartment homes in a mix of four 4-story buildings, with an integral clubhouse and amenities area. Other structures consist of four stand-alone garage buildings and a maintenance building. Amenities include a fitness center, business center, pool, outdoor entertainment space, outdoor kitchen, pool cabanas, turf court, and a dog park.
