Project Description:A 348,000sf, new luxury apartment development on a sprawling 44-acre site once home to the Countryside Executive Golf Course on Countryside Blvd., Enterprise Road, and Belcher Road. The new development includes 330 luxury apartment homes in thirteen 3-story buildings. Other structures consist of a free-standing clubhouse, four stand-alone garage buildings, a maintenance building, and a mail kiosk. Amenities include a fitness center, business center, pool, outdoor covered entertainment space, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, pool, cabanas, turf court, and a dog park.
