Project Description:A 280,000sf, new luxury apartment development on a 28.5-acre site once home to the Sabal Point Golf Club. The new development includes 286 luxury apartment homes in a mix of seven 3-story buildings and five carriage houses. This project includes an integral clubhouse, garage, and storage space. Other structures consist of five stand-alone garage buildings, a maintenance building, and a mail kiosk. Amenities include a fitness center, business center, pool, outdoor entertainment space, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven, pool, cabanas, turf court, a dog park and a courtyard.
