Project Description:Historic renovation and addition to a 1920’s era performing arts theater consisting of the restoration of the existing finishes and the matching of new materials to maintain the historic value of the building while upgrading it with improved materials and cutting-edge technical features and equipment. This public bid opening was secured with a winning margin of less than 1%.
