Project Description: A 292,293sf, new luxury apartment development on an efficient 12.6-acre site in Wildwood, FL serving the famous retirement community known as “The Villages” in Sumter County, FL. The new development includes 244 luxury apartment homes in eight 3-story buildings. Other structures consist of a free-standing clubhouse, and a maintenance/compactor combo-building. Amenities include a fitness center, business center, pool, outdoor kitchen and entertainment space, pool, cabanas, gaming court, and a dog park.
